How It Works
From Enquiry to Event

The First Conversation
Every event begins with a conversation. This is where I learn about your audience, your intentions, and the angle you hope to explore — whether it’s visual literacy, cinema history, cultural memory, or something more specific. This initial exchange helps shape the tone and direction of the session.

Curating the Experience
Based on our discussion, I will design a talk, seminar, workshop, or discussion tailored to your needs. The selection of posters — all originals — is curated from my full collection, which I will share with you so you may offer input or request particular themes. A draft outline of the event will be sent for your review, and we refine it together until it feels right.

The Event Itself
Sessions typically run for 1.5 to 2 hours and feature original film posters, presented as material culture and historical artefacts. The main presentation may be followed by a Q&A, and if requested, I can incorporate interactive activities or reflective exercises. Each event is designed to be thoughtful, engaging, and grounded in both history and visual storytelling.
